Job Summary

Own the growth agenda for a healthcare provider network focusing on value-based care, MSSP contracts, and market expansion, while aligning marketing and sales to LTC and post-acute buyers.

Growth ownership: develop and scale the MSSP/value-based care pipeline, partnerships, and market expansion.
Market leadership: align marketing and BD to support growth objectives and brand positioning with LTC/post-acute buyers.
External ecosystem: cultivate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and conference opportunities to drive pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Owning the full commercial strategy, including sales pipeline development, business development partnerships, and market expansion
Leading and aligning marketing efforts to support growth objectives and brand positioning
Driving value-based care contracting strategy and relationship management with payers and ACO partners
Collaborating with clinical and operational leadership to align growth initiatives with care delivery capabilities
Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with leading industry organizations, trade associations, and advocacy groups within the long-term care and post-acute space
Representing the organization at key industry conferences and events, serving as a thought leader and brand ambassador to expand visibility and influence
Identifying and securing sponsorship, speaking, and collaboration opportunities with conferences and professional associations to strengthen market positioning and generate pipeline

Requirements

Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, with direct exposure to long-term care settings or provider-side operations
A track record of success in MSSP and/or other value-based care contracting environments
Demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth, including building and scaling sales pipelines, closing strategic accounts, and exceeding growth targets in a healthcare or post-acute environment
Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams, with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and results
An established network within LTC and post-acute industry organizations, associations, and conference communities
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
The ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-moving environment
