The Assembly Democratic Caucus, Office of Communications and Outreach, known internally as the Democratic Office of Communications and outreach or DCO, supports all democratic assemblymembers, their teams, and constituents with communication, information, and support to deliver all critical issues to the 39.5 million people residing in the state of California.
