As an IT Early Career Associate within our EDGE program, you'll work with the Growth Platform Team where your focus will be on enterprise-wide solutions that power the global launch of investment products – from ETFs and Mutual Funds to SMAs and more. As a Direct Placement Associate, you'll be part of an engaging cohort experience that focuses on learning and development along with making connections through social events and networking during your first year at Capital Group. You'll learn directly from our leaders through a speaker series, take on interesting business problems in sprint challenges and engage in activities to strengthen your technical skills and business acumen. You will be well supported and will learn how information technology elevates our ability to provide the best technology platforms for our internal customers and how the Capital System has sustained superior results over time. You may solve problems through rigorous analysis You may design, develop, and test creative technical solutions for business needs You will be working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team in an agile environment You will work on system analysis while partnering with business and technical teams You will work with industry leading technologies. You are currently pursuing a technology related field of study with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026 You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above You have practical experience working with complex business requirements and converting them into technical solutions You have had exposure to business systems analysis functions, product roadmaps, AI, integration plans, and testing You can demonstrate exceptional active listening skills and approach tasks with a high level of conscientiousness and attention to detail You can step into situations without a lot of information, get up to speed quickly and contribute to driving disparate groups to a resolution You can participate in creating end to end solution definitions, points of view, system flows and perform impact analysis You are interested in gaining knowledge in technology, investment operations and management, and product management and partnering with both the business and technical teams You have a basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others You are not intimidated by the new and unfamiliar and embrace a continuous learning mindset You are solution driven, accountable for results, and comfortable socializing your thought process You are highly collaborative and willing to share your point of view ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Orange County Base Salary Range: $81,710-$130,736 ‎ Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $86,592-$138,547 ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
