Job Summary

Own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with tight budgets and timelines, using market trends and audience insight to steer strategy, while coordinating cross-team delivery and ongoing optimization.

  • Track performance, report KPIs, and drive process improvements across the marketing stack.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and lead generation targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and audience insights to inform campaign strategy
  • Define campaign messaging, positioning and target audiences for assigned products or programmes
  • Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Review and quality assure campaign content, copy and creative assets across multiple channels
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and business objectives, producing regular reports and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing processes through collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and project timelines
  • Strong copywriting and marketing communications skills, particularly email marketing
  • Creative and commercially aware, with knowledge of current marketing trends
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes

      • The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £20.77 per hour + holiday pay
