Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Set-Up Support
  • Assist with the setup of digital campaigns on Google Ads, and on DSPs where required (including DV360), based on signed Insertion Orders (IOs).
  • Shadow senior team members building DV360 campaigns, insertion orders, line items and audiences, and learn how private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed deals work.
  • Help traffic and QA ad creative assets, including standard display, rich media, video, and custom interactive formats (e.g., \"Scratch to Reveal\" or AdStories).
  • Assist with implementing tracking scripts, pixels, and verification tags (e.g., IAS, DV, MOAT) under guidance.
  • Monitoring & Optimisation Support
  • Monitor daily campaign delivery, pacing, and performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, viewability).
  • Support the team in adjusting bidding strategies, audience targeting parameters, data segments, and inventory sources to maximize ROI, with senior sign-off.
  • Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max), including budgets, keywords, audiences and conversion tracking.
  • Flag delivery issues, under-performance, or tech discrepancies between internal platforms and external vendors, and help investigate them.

Requirements

  • Experience: No prior full-time experience required. Recent graduate or final-year student (marketing, business, communications, IT or a related field), or someone with relevant internship or freelance exposure to digital advertising.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with Google Ads fundamentals (e.g., Google Skillshop certification) is a plus. Exposure to programmatic platforms such as Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) is advantageous but not required; we will train you.
  • Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of tracking pixels, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM structuring, and cookie/consent frameworks. Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge for tag troubleshooting is a distinct advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to pull pivots and performance trends.
  • Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy—mistakes in campaign parameters cost real money.

Benefits

  • The Trust Pipeline: As you establish consistency, master our internal tools, and build tenure within Naritive, a structured hybrid policy will be unlocked, allowing for 1–2 days of remote work from home per week .
  • Growth Potential: You will work directly alongside senior product leadership, campaign managers and adtech engineers, with structured mentoring and the opportunity to move into a permanent Campaign Manager role based on performance.
