You’ll Engage with prospective customers over the phone to set sales appointments Communicate product value and educate homeowners Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with energy and professionalism Log accurate information in our CRM and meet performance goals Deliver outstanding service that represents our brand the right way Skills & Qualifications: Energetic communicator, 1+ year call center or related experience, excellent phone skills, task-oriented, remote work ready, and comfortable with goals and performance expectations. Call Center Team Lead – Full Time Role Take your career to the next level by leading our call center team to success! As a Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in: Confirming and qualifying in-home sales appointments Managing accurate schedules for Design Consultants Handling inbound/outbound confirmation calls Reinforcing expectations and keeping customers informed Reducing cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows Communicating with sales leadership and tracking quality outcomes Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of call center, confirmations, or sales experience, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
