Job Summary

Lead influencer strategy and delivery for global clients, shaping solutions that align with broader content and media plans while driving high-quality campaigns, team growth, and responsible partnerships.

  • Own multi‑client influencer roadmaps, overseeing strategy, planning and delivery across UK and global accounts.
  • Partner with clients to translate creator insights into business outcomes and creative campaigns with governance and duty‑of‑care considerations.
  • Develop and mentor account teams, enabling growth and confident delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategy, planning and delivery of multiple influencer programmes across UK and global clients
  • Acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping influencer‑led solutions that align with wider content and media strategies
  • Overseeing campaign delivery to ensure work is high quality, on time and delivered within scope and budget
  • Building and guiding account teams, creating clarity, confidence and space for growth
  • Championing creative excellence through test‑and‑learn approaches, platform innovation and diverse talent selection
  • Supporting new business efforts by developing multi‑layered influencer strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Contributing to the evolution of our influencer product, partnerships and internal training across the group

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading influencer or social‑first accounts within an agency or similar environment
  • Confidence owning senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder needs
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to connect creator insight to clear business and brand outcomes
  • Experience managing and developing people through supportive, inclusive leadership
  • A considered approach to campaign governance, duty of care and fair talent partnerships
  • Comfort working across multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
  • Genuine curiosity for creator culture, platforms and the future of influencer marketing
