Business Analytics Specialist

The Commercial Excellence Business Analytics Specialist is a business-facing role dedicated to delivering applicable insights that drive informed decisions. You will manage the full analytics lifecycle—requirements gathering, KPI framework development, data modeling, visualization design, and ongoing maintenance and enhancements. You will create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, establishing KPI frameworks, and transforming data into meaningful insights that support commercial excellence. Responsibilities Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using best practices for performance and usability. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Write and maintain DAX calculations for measures and KPIs. Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data models and load processes. Collaborate with data engineering teams on data load processes and data integration. Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and self-service analytics. Stay current with BI trends, tools, and technologies to recommend enhancements. Lead small analytics projects or dashboard deployments. Manage timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations for reporting deliverables. About Us: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field 3–5 or more years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or similar roles. Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI) Interpret data, storytelling with visuals, and influencing decisions Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including working in cross-functional teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of BI solutions.
