If you want to join a team that moves fast, shakes the status quo, and is redefining how content gets made, we want to talk to you! ✅ What You’ll Do: Oversee the day-to-day management of new and ongoing brand relationships Work on recruiting more brands to join our platform Develop deep personal relationships with brands and their team members Assist brands with platform questions, content help, and other needs Work closely with the Content and Creator teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for brands Works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to further develop the platform to serve brands’ needs 🫵 Who You Are: Early-career (0-3 years experience) with strong execution and communication skills Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments Highly organized with natural attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll talk with brands regularly Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media Proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with using or learning technical tools and moves quickly without needing hand-holding Excited about coming into the office every day to work with and learn from other team members Based in St. Louis (required!) 🤩 Nice-to-Haves: Have the finger on the pulse of internet culture: social media, AI, memes, etc. Experience in marketing, advertising, social media, and/or customer success Evidence of scrappiness, hustle, or self-starter energy 🤑 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary for early-stage startup roles Meaningful equity upside as part of the early Noise team Full coverage health benefits Flexible PTO policy 🚀 Why join Noise: Join an explosive company in the early stages Be part of a fast-moving environment; every day here will feel like weeks at other “boring” jobs Work directly with the creators, brands, and content shaping the internet and culture Reach millions of people across the internet, drive millions in revenue for brands, and put millions in creators’ pockets!
