As a Brand Engagement Representative, you’ll represent a nationally recognised telecommunications provider inside major retail environments, helping customers upgrade the way they connect at home and on the go. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and performance. You won’t be standing behind a counter waiting for traffic — you’ll create it. What the Role Really Involves You’ll be positioned inside established retail stores where customers are already shopping. Your focus is to: • Start natural, confident conversations with shoppers • Break down high-speed internet packages, mobile plans, and bundled service options in a way that feels simple and relevant • Identify upgrade opportunities — faster speeds, better value bundles, streaming-friendly plans • Handle questions about installation, coverage areas, device compatibility, and pricing structures • Complete enrollments accurately and ensure customers leave clear and confident in their decision You are the bridge between curiosity and commitment.
