Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Account Executive position located in Austin, TX. As a B2B Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing client relationships, and developing assigned territories. This role focuses on full sales cycle execution and building strong, long-term partnerships with business clients. This is a performance-driven position with a clear pathway into an Account Manager role, where you will take on expanded client oversight, retention strategy, and account growth responsibilities. What You'll Do: New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage business owners and decision-makers within assigned territories. Full Sales Cycle Management: Conduct in-person B2B outreach, present tailored solutions, overcome objections, and close new business. Account Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth opportunities. Territory Strategy & Growth: Analyze territory performance, identify expansion opportunities, and implement growth strategies. Revenue & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, sales metrics, and client interactions. Client Representation: Represent Andiamo and its partners with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive overall team performance.
