Job Summary

Own end-to-end support operations for a film awards PR program, balancing documentation, event logistics, and communications to voters and media.

  • Operations & Documentation: Maintain databases and internal documents, update awards files, and draft invitations and client-ready reports.
  • Events & Guest Management: Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, inboxes, and attendance for screenings and Q&As.
  • Communications & Media Tracking: Draft voter emails, generate press clippings, and compile post-event coverage.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing databases and internal documents
  • Managing and maintaining upkeep of all awards analysis documents
  • Drafting attendance and feedback reports following screenings and Q&As
  • Managing guest lists, inboxes and RSVPs for awards events
  • Communicating with voters via email in a professional and diligent manner
  • Generate press clippings for awards client
  • Drafting and seeking approval of awards invitations
  • Assisting the team as directed in all aspects of client servicing and events

Requirements

  • Experience: Entry Level
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
  • Willingness to travel

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
