As an AT&T Account Associate, you’ll represent one of the nation’s top telecommunications brands and ensure that customers receive the products, services, and support tailored to their needs. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building valuable sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do Engage directly with customers to explain products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Guide customers through the full sales process, from inquiry to service activation. Participate in daily training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and develop skills. What we’re looking for High School diploma or GED equivalent required. 0–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
