About the Role This role supports the review, approval, and oversight of marketing and communications material to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and firm policies. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Research, Legal, and Compliance teams to facilitate timely and compliant distribution of materials across digital, print, and media channels. The Associate plays a key role in maintaining Global X’s high standards for accuracy, transparency, and regulatory adherence while supporting the firm’s growing product suite and marketing initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Review and editing marketing materials, disclosures, and other related communications delivered internally or externally to ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulation Analyze financial rules and regulations, including regulatory developments, to assess the commercial impact on the businesses covered Partner with Legal & Compliance colleagues and business partners on the launch and development of new products and strategies Deliver targeted training on the marketing and distributing of the relevant platform products and strategies Represent Compliance in all marketing review process meetings and planning sessions Assist the Compliance team on other projects as needed Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree required Interpreting and applying SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory requirements Drafting policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation Ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and assess risk Ability to exercise independent judgement on routine matters Ability to communicate regulatory requirements clearly to business partners Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work products with little to no guidance Ability to maintain high standard of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills About Global X Global X is the investment adviser to the Global X Funds and a New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds that facilitates access to investment opportunities across global markets.
