Job Summary

Own end-to-end global events that tie to commercial goals and brand standards, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and senior stakeholders to deliver on briefs, execution, and post-event learnings.

  • Event ownership: drive end-to-end execution and debriefs that connect event results to brand and reputational outcomes.
  • Cross-functional orchestration: manage content, creative activations, registrations, venue, communications, and budgets with key internal partners.
  • Strategic alignment: partner on Event Briefs grounded in commercial priorities and audience insights to guide delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and deliver a variety of mid- to high-complexity events globally—from pre-event amplification through post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate event workstreams including content development, creative/experiential activations, project management, registration, communications, venue management, and budget oversight
  • Partner with business collaborators to develop strategic Event Briefs rooted in commercial priorities and informed audience insights
  • Drive end-to-end event execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, brand standards, and budget requirements
  • Review the performance of events and coordinate Event Debriefs to measure the event’s effect on brand and reputational achievements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners such as Multimedia, Global Creative, Content, Digital for Events, and Facilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Brand, Experiential Activations, or related fields
  • Experience managing or supporting complex events and working with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event technology platforms such as Cvent
  • Willingness to travel for in-person event delivery (approximately 50%)

Preferred

  • Experience within financial services or similarly complex global organizations
  • Fluency in a second language, ideally a European language (e.g., Italian or Spanish)
