Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Programmatic Specialists and Senior Specialists
Develop and implement media strategies that align with client goals and KPIs
Oversee all aspects of campaign delivery, ensuring on-time launches and optimized performance
Partner closely with account leadership and clients to drive strategic conversations
Spearhead testing initiatives (e.g., new platforms, creative formats, data partnerships)
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Represent programmatic expertise in new business pitches and client meetings
Collaborate with Director in hiring, training, and professional development of the programmatic team

Requirements

6–8 years of programmatic media experience, with leadership responsibility
Strong background in media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple DSPs
Proven client-facing experience with strong communication skills
Data-driven with experience in media analytics, reporting, and optimization strategies

Preferred

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns
Presentation & Communication Skills: Strong ability to present ideas, strategies, and performance results to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
Brand Voice & Messaging: Experience working with clients to develop consistent messaging and tone that aligns with their brand identity
Google Analytics knowledge and certification
Conversion rate optimization experience
