Job Summary

Own the clear, end-to-end delivery of communications campaigns that shape development proposals, engage communities, and support regeneration efforts, while coordinating public consultations and producing external collateral that travels across press and social channels.

  • Campaign Execution: plan, deliver, and measure campaigns tied to proposals and regeneration, driving community participation.
  • Public Consultations: coordinate online and in-person events and draft briefing papers, press releases, and social content for outreach.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: track political developments, share insights with internal teams, and report on campaign impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering communications campaigns that help shape development proposals, drive regeneration projects and engage communities in the process;
  • Preparing for and coordinating public consultations including attendance at online and in-person events. Drafting external collateral including writing press releases, social media campaign content and briefing papers;
  • Undertaking political monitoring and proactively sharing insights with internal teams and external networks
  • Evaluating and reporting on campaigns and consultation activity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in communications or a consultancy role within a professional services environment is essential.
  • Your organisational skills should be at an exceptional level and demonstrate a broad range of experience.
  • Your ability to learn quickly and develop relationships whilst working within a highly professional team.
  • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Preferred

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a communications related subject is welcome (but not essential).
