About the Job Drive creative excellence as an Art Supervisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative art direction for assigned clients. Through partnering with copy counterparts, you will develop unique concepts, designs and layouts, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives. In addition, you will lead junior art team members to foster talent growth, and present creative work to internal teams and clients. With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency's design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence. A Day in the Life Lead art direction and creative execution, developing innovative designs aligned with brand strategy, audience needs and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Drive strategic thinking, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs. Manage client relationships, presenting creative work and fostering trust through expertise and clear communication. Supervise and mentor junior art team members, delegating tasks and contributing to talent management. Maintain administrative precision, ensure accurate reporting and participate in resourcing conversations. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications or related field (preferred). 4+ years of Visual Communications, Graphic Design or Art Direction experience. Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising experience (preferred). Comprehensive digital portfolio and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
