Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
Support the management of social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics
Contribute to content creation such as copy writing for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
Help optimize website content using SEO best practices and maintain WordPress updates
Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads and Google Analytics
Collaborate on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate results effectively

Requirements

Strong interest in marketing, digital media, or related fields with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts such as SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to write clear and engaging copy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good IT skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new tools and software
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Leadership qualities and teamwork mindset to collaborate within a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for content editing and graphic design is a plus
Experience with WordPress or website management tools is desirable
Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is advantageous
