About Us Shooters Network teaches photographers and videographers how to land business retainer clients. We run a high-volume sales operation with proven funnels, warm leads, and a structured team. We're growing and need a setter who can keep up. The Role You'll be reaching out to warm leads — people who opted into our Shooters Masterclass or responded to our ads — via call and text. Your job is to qualify them and book them onto a closer's calendar for a strategy call. What You'll Do Call and text warm opt-in leads within minutes of them coming in Qualify prospects based on our criteria before booking Book qualified leads for same day or next day only Follow up on no-shows and old leads Log all activity in GHL after every touchpoint Hit a minimum of 2-4 qualified sets per day Compensation $800-$1,200/month base (based on experience) 3-5% commission on every deal that closes from your sets The base keeps you stable. The commission is where the real money is.
