How You’ll Make An Impact As an Analytics and Reporting Co-Op at Carter’s, you will gain hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. You will collaborate closely with the analytics team to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data, contributing insights that support informed decision‑making across the facility. This Co-Opship is ideal for individuals looking to strengthen both technical and professional skills while working on meaningful, real‑world projects. Data Collection and Preparation: Assist in gathering and organizing data from the warehouse management system and related databases. Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Data Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and operational insights. Partner with team members to develop data‑driven solutions to business challenges. Reporting: Develop clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to communicate findings effectively. Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of SQL queries, data sources, and analytical procedures to support long‑term usability and knowledge sharing. Collaboration: Engage with cross‑functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytical support that drives operational improvements.
