Job Summary

Own and optimize Invesco’s social media program in EMEA, coordinating cross-functional execution of engaging, regulatorily compliant content that supports business goals.

  • Content production and publication across LinkedIn and employee advocacy aligned with editorial and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign execution and calendar management using Airtable/Aprimo with monthly metrics tracking.
  • Social listening insights and Compliance collaboration to meet regulatory requirements across countries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working with a cross-regional team to implement Invesco’s organic social media strategy in EMEA to increase engagement with target audiences and support Invesco’s overall business objectives.
  • Assisting in the creation, editing and publication of written, photo, graphic and video content on a daily basis across Invesco channels, including for employee advocacy and for key Invesco thought leaders on LinkedIn.
  • Maintaining social media calendar in Airtable, identifying and reporting on scheduling overlaps/gaps.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, Social Media, the analyst will work on social media campaigns including creating content, writing/editing copy, maintaining calendars using Airtable, manage inquiries through internal process tools (Aprimo), and tracking and reporting monthly metrics including followers, impressions, clicks, engagements, reach, etc.
  • Working closely with the team to run and decipher social media listening reports.
  • Closely partnering with Compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met for social media content for specific countries and EMEA-wide. Regularly submit to Compliance tracking system (RedOak).
  • Continually staying on top of social trends and platform features in addition to digesting social listening, client feedback, and competitive audits to implement growth and creative opportunities on social for Invesco brand.
  • Learning Invesco’s approach to social media strategies in a way that helps engage new and existing clients and builds brand reputation with key audiences and influencers.

Requirements

  • Direct related work experience in social media with proven track record of developing content strategy and social media programs that have demonstrated business results
  • Knowledge of financial services or heavily regulated industry
  • Superior editorial, written, and creative skills that have been specifically developed for digital-first platforms
  • A passion for social-first content creation and video production
  • Ability to manage the process details of multiple posts on a daily basis
  • Enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience using social media platforms and related tools like Hootsuite, Airtable, etc.

  • Knowledge of financial services or heavily regulated industry preferred.
