Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing and promotion of the Leadership Conference, from audience growth and campaign planning through to event delivery and post-event engagement.
  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for The Thread podcast, including speaker research, briefing, content planning, production support and promotional activity.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital, partner and regional channels to engage church and leadership audiences globally.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, regional teams and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication and support for campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Events team to develop compelling content, creative assets and speaker promotional activity that enhances audience engagement.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, on brand and in line with best practice.
  • Research emerging leadership, church and cultural trends, keeping teams informed of relevant conversations, speakers and thought leaders to shape content and marketing strategy.
  • Champion Alpha's mission and brand across conference and podcast activity, while working closely with donor, regional and partner teams to ensure a consistent and impactful audience experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record.
  • Proven success in marketing large-scale events - essential for delivering the Leadership Conference.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a sharp design eye - as the quality gatekeeper for all communication.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker who can execute tactically - able to innovate, prioritise and deliver results.
