We are seeking an AI Revenue Operations Associate to support our growing sales and client success organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing, client relationships, or sales operations who is excited to leverage AI tools to drive commercial outcomes faster and smarter. You’ll work across the full commercial lifecycle—from lead generation and sales development to client success and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development & Lead Operations Build and optimize AI-powered lead generation and prospecting workflows—sourcing, scoring, and enriching enterprise leads at scale Support outbound sales development efforts including research, outreach sequencing, and meeting coordination Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure lead routing, follow-up sequences, and pipeline data are accurate and up to date Use AI tools to automate prospecting research, post-call summaries, and meeting prep Client Strategy & Success Serve as a support resource for client relationships, helping ensure campaign objectives and content strategies align with client KPIs and marketing goals Assist in preparing Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, performance recaps, and strategic discussion materials Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations to enhance engagement, content effectiveness, and ROI Account & Revenue Operations Support account retention, renewal, and expansion efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize and scale client programs Assist with pricing analysis, deal structuring, and contract workflows Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline, revenue, and commercial performance Cross-Functional Collaboration & AI Operations Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution and alignment on client and prospect needs Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Make/n8n) to automate repetitive commercial workflows and surface insights from data Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape platform enhancements based on client and sales team requirements Proactively test and adopt new AI tools to improve commercial processes—you’re expected to bring ideas, not wait for direction Qualifications 1–5+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, customer success, business development, or a related commercial role Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with direct experience or strong interest in the social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy space Genuinely enthusiastic about AI and automation—you’re already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in your daily work Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and provide actionable insights Experience managing both strategic and revenue aspects of client or prospect relationships Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations and navigate complex conversations Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires adaptability and proactive problem-solving Based in Los Angeles and excited to work in-office Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Python/SQL, Make/n8n, or dashboarding tools like Mode or Looker Social Native Perks: One of the best perks of Social Native is working with amazing talented people!
