In this position... As the Aftermarket Multi-Makes Manager , you will be the driving force behind FCSD’s Multi-makes catalog release manager, releasing products that fit the high volume non-Ford fleet vehicles. This pivotal role involves proactively working with purchasing, PS&L, finance and other key stakeholders and expertly executing solutions to the market. Your ultimate goal is to ensure optimal product availability for our fleets, especially larger fleets and for our Ford pro Service Elite shops. The individual will also work with the sales team and help with sales presentations and help solicit sales and also maintain the motorcraft brand integrity. You will leverage a comprehensive set of key levers to create and implement these strategies, dynamic Pricing, impactful National Offers, seamless New Product Introductions, strategic Marketing Supplier Subvention, precise Channel Focus, effective Training programs, discerning Brand Selection, and meticulous SKU Category Optimization. Beyond these, you will also be instrumental in exploring and integrating new business models, digital solutions, and strategic partnerships to expand market reach, enhance customer value, and future-proof our aftermarket offerings. Success in this role hinges on your exceptional cross-functional leadership, your ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and legal. You will be expected to translate complex data into actionable insights, articulate compelling business cases, and drive intricate projects from initial concept through to successful market launch within a fast-paced, dynamic OEM environment. Your strategic vision will directly contribute to strengthening our market position and ensuring our customers always have access to the right parts at the right time. You'll have... Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 7 -10+ years with OEM or aftersales parts supplier who understands the complexities of product development, manufacturing, global supply chains and dealer and distributor networks. This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
