Job Summary
Own the affiliate partnerships program end to end, turning data into revenue through campaigns and cross-team collaboration.
- Affiliate Growth: Manage partnerships, optimize program performance, and drive revenue through strategic campaigns.
- Measurement & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS and align with broader marketing goals.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Work with marketing, product, and affiliates to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

- Skills in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Online Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Proficiency in marketing tools, tracking platforms, and analytics software
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and across cross-functional teams
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
- Experience in the financial or trading industry is a plus
