Job Summary

Own UK and European market engagement for Asian entertainment projects by researching Japanese and Korean music trends, coordinating campaigns, and building partner networks across artists, brands, and media.

  • Research UK/European market trends in Japanese and Korean music, artists, fan communities, and youth culture.
  • Support campaign planning, social content, events, and partner development to drive awareness and attendance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on promotional plans, audience analysis, and project documentation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Researching UK and European market trends for Asian entertainment, especially Japanese and Korean music, artists, fan communities and youth culture.
  • Assisting with advertising and marketing campaigns for artist performances, music events, brand collaborations and cultural activities.
  • Preparing market research, audience analysis, promotional plans and campaign reports.
  • Identifying and communicating with potential artists, agencies, brands, media platforms and other commercial partners.
  • Supporting social media content planning, promotional copywriting, event announcements and digital marketing materials.
  • Supporting event promotion before and during projects, including audience engagement, ticketing promotion, media communication and on-site marketing coordination.
  • Maintaining marketing resources, partner contacts, campaign records and project documents.
  • Working with the internal team to support the company’s development of Japanese and Korean entertainment and cultural projects in the UK.

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in marketing, advertising, media, business, communications, entertainment, cultural projects or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Asian entertainment culture, especially Japanese and Korean music, artist markets and fan communities.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse audience trends and prepare marketing-related reports.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with artists, agencies, brands, media platforms and other partners.
  • Ability to support marketing campaigns, content planning, project coordination and partnership development.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work across different projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
  • Japanese or Korean language ability is required or strongly preferred, due to the company’s planned development of Japanese and Korean entertainment and cultural projects.
