Hybrid | Bloomfield Hills, MI (Onsite Monday–Wednesday) Job Summary Flexible Plan Investments is seeking a highly organized, adaptable Administrative Assistant to support a member of the leadership team with day-to-day administrative operations, list management, software support, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys helping teams run more efficiently, and is willing to step in wherever operational support is needed. You will work closely with your manager and internal teams to keep priorities moving forward, streamline workflows, and support team output across the organization. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work in Bloomfield Hills, MI, Monday–Wednesday. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Provide direct administrative support to a senior leader, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. Manage and maintain contact lists, distribution lists, and internal trackers. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications. Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal teams. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Project Coordination & Operational Support Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables across team initiatives. Support planning efforts and ensure follow-ups are completed on time. Pick up operational tasks as needed to help teams meet goals and timelines. Assist with process improvements and workflow documentation. Software & Systems Assistance Help maintain and update internal software tools and platforms. Support team members with basic system navigation, templates, and usage. Keep records current within internal databases and systems. Meeting & Team Support Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes or action items. Support internal meetings, leadership sessions, and cross-functional projects. Help coordinate materials and logistics for internal initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field—or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operational support role. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly adaptable, collaborative, and willing to assist across departments. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace productivity tools. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. Bonus: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Experience supporting leadership teams or operations groups.
