This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study. Interns will gain practical hands-on experience and training that will provide an opportunity for growth, learning and development within the financial services industry. Full-time and part-time paid internship opportunities will be available in numerous departments, which may include: Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Mortgage, Insurance, Legal, PEO, Lender Placed Operations, Financial Institutions, Investment Services and Training. Essential Duties Include The Following Assists with maintaining department records, file preparation, data entry, and generating reports. Processes required paperwork nearly, correctly, and in a timely manner. Builds awareness and gain exposure to the financial services industry while growing your talents. Learns key technical skills to apply acquired knowledge and assist in problem solving. Gain practical, hands-on experience that will provide an opportunity for growth. Work alongside and shadow team members while expanding your knowledge base with the ability to further develop your skills. Serious Candidates Will Possess The Minimum Qualifications Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related program at an accredited university/college. Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required. Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills. Organized and adapt well to change. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done. Display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
