Summary The role of the Account Supervisor is to be the driving force behind the day-to-day activities on a client’s brand. The Account Supervisor role offers a significant opportunity for learning and growth. A Management Supervisor delivers work that meets client objectives and aligns with core-brand strategies, ensuring flawless execution and strong collaboration with creative teams to deliver optimal output. Must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time The Role Serve as a key day-to-day strategic partner and agency point of contact for clients. Help build business and marketing plans that align with client goals and objectives. Collaborate internally to find opportunities and solutions to client needs. Be a thought leader on the category, the competition, and the industry. Multitask to facilitate an efficient workflow. Manage cross-discipline teams, providing guidance, clear direction, and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis. Establish, improve, and maintain processes and documents to aid in the organization and accuracy of the workflow. Make sure that all client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget. Manage the development of project briefs. Review deliverables against briefs, client requests/revisions. Must Have Four years of agency experience in account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage junior account staff, overseeing their growth and development. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills. Desire to maintain and continually improve professional knowledge base. A strong interest in advertising and a motivation to build career skills and knowledge. Ability to work well with a wide range of people at various levels, both internally and externally. Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple deliverables. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking capabilities to partner with team members to work through ideas and directions that answer the brief and align with the brand. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact project progress. Working knowledge of media. Business acumen and comfort level with discussing marketing and business needs that go beyond advertising.
