What we’re looking for: An Account Supervisor for MSL’s Healthcare practice. What you’ll do: Anchored on one of the agency’s largest accounts, the Account Supervisor will be joining a highly engaged team that consistently cultivates a successful partnership with a long-standing client. As a member of the growing Healthcare Practice, this individual will have the opportunity to lead campaigns – from concepting through launch – shaping strategy and execution that will move the needle for our clients. In an evolving and increasingly competitive landscape, this person will also leverage their creative thinking to find innovative, compliant concepts that effectively engage key stakeholders over time. You will create meaningful communications materials that resonate with patients while engaging in cultural milestones. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Partner with account leadership to develop and promote positive client relationships. Contribute to regular client and internal touch-bases to support strategic thinking and project management. Project Leadership: Oversee tactical planning, timelines, and team deliverables to ensure adherence to project deadlines. Support leadership and guide early-career staff, serving as a central member of your team. Messaging Development: Lead tactical planning and implementation, with responsibility for managing timelines and project outputs across teams. Support the development of written communications materials that are compelling, compliant, and detail-oriented. Healthcare and Cultural Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the healthcare and competitive landscape, alongside media and cultural trends, to support ongoing account work. Internal Leadership: Support the growth and development of early-career staff within the sector. Tech Proficiency: Understand digital and emerging technologies to inform PR programming and influencer engagement. Financial Management: Participate in the financial management of client business, including projections, forecasting, and invoicing. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience within healthcare communications including regulatory compliance and processes at a PR or Public Affairs agency, Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience developing messaging and print materials Interest in and strong understanding of the healthcare climate, cultural touchpoints, and how clients can show up in new and interesting ways Collaborative yet also able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Resourceful and proactive in problem solving, with creative approaches to completing tasks efficiently Ability to build positive, effective relationships within the team and through external third parties and vendors Compensation Range: $70,000-$117,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
