Responsibilities

Build relationships and trust with existing client contacts to meet and exceed ongoing contract deliverables and overall expectations
Project/task manage day-to-day efforts in support of assigned accounts
Lead/co-lead internal planning meetings, brainstorm sessions, and the development of integrated communications strategies
Lead/co-lead client immersion sessions and strategic, external planning meetings
Work with cross-functional teams to develop client collateral in support of branding and marketing initiatives across paid and organic print and digital platforms
Plan, track, and manage project and client budgets and timelines, with the ability to identify issues quickly and effectively, and course correct as needed
Analyze, report, and present the effectiveness/performance of integrated marketing campaigns and efforts
Mentor and empower teammates, elevating work developed by team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

6–7 years of experience in an agency setting
1+ years of experience in a staff-management position
BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, discipline with a strong writing foundation
A strong understanding of the integrated relationship between marketing tactics and channels and an analytical approach to optimization
Experience using agency platforms for timekeeping, project management, etc.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), relationship-building skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, be accountable in meeting deadlines, and possess a willingness to take ownership
