Before launching my own office, I spent a couple of years working for another State Farm agent, stepped into the car industry for a bit, and ultimately found my way back to agency life where I knew I belonged. I offer three weeks of PTO, flexible hours, and reimbursement for licensing costs. I’m looking for someone who is goal-oriented, dependable, and a true team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships are essential. Most importantly, I want someone who takes pride in supporting the office, uplifting their teammates, and growing both personally and professionally as we build this agency together. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
