Position Overview: Imprint Engine is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding team and act as the primary force driving success within your dedicated client portfolio. This is a pivotal role requiring you to master our innovative, proprietary processes while cultivating and nurturing the long-term relationships that fuel our company's revenue growth. As a key liaison, you’ll act as the essential bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams, orchestrating the successful and timely delivery of complex projects through exceptional communication and coordination. This position offers a significant opportunity to directly impact our company’s success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Own & Drive: Client Portfolio Ownership: Manage your own book of business, focusing on the development and execution of strategic plans that leverage deep brand insights, client segmentation, and target needs. Revenue & Growth Strategy: Be the engine of revenue growth by nurturing client relationships and proactively identifying and executing upselling opportunities. Your focus will be on driving client sales, optimizing client outcomes, and enhancing the overall client experience. Success & Retention: Directly influence future lifetime value by driving higher product adoption, boosting customer satisfaction, and improving overall health scores. You will be critical in reducing churn and generating new internal business growth. Operational Execution: Direct all aspects of client business, from strategic planning through final execution, maintaining a rigorous attention to quality and detail. You must possess the foresight to identify and circumvent potential challenges, ensuring management is aware of any roadblocks preventing the retention or growth of clients. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with your Enterprise Account Director to help mentor and motivate a team of Brand Associates to deliver top-notch work. Actively partner with cross-functional teams to suggest product or program improvements based on critical client feedback and industry trends. Executive Presence: Develop strong professional relationships with client stakeholders, confidently delivering effective meetings and presentations. You will also support Senior Management in new business opportunities as needed. Compensation & Growth Trajectory: Imprint Engine is committed to unlimited growth and a supportive, team-selling environment. We offer top-line revenue targets with a team structure, providing the capability to earn upwards of $100k+ with quarterly revenue-based bonuses. Desired Skills & Qualifications: We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a high-growth technical sales environment and approaches client relationships with a strategic, not transactional, mindset. Experience & Industry Acumen: A college degree and/or 3+ years of experience in the promotional products or print production industry. Account Leadership: 2+ years of account management or equivalent experience, specifically being the main point of contact for clients and effectively delegating tasks to team members. Technical Authority: General knowledge of various print production processes (screen printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.). You must have the technical experience and the ability to speak to technical customers in their language. Proven Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently hit revenue targets.
