Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Account Manager role is resourceful, analytical, and adaptable with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within a team. 0–2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or entry-level sales Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Proven capacity to build trust and collaborate effectively, both internally and externally Responsibilities The Entry Level Account Manager will partner closely with the Sales Manager to support client acquisition, customer engagement, and account growth. Represent our clients by presenting and selling products/services directly to new and existing customers Act as a liaison between upper management and customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand and meet their needs Build relationships and uncover new business opportunities through strategic outreach and follow-up Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on client offerings and market positioning Match customers with services that best meet their needs and support the sales team through the activation process Help the team meet and exceed sales targets while responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
