Description of the Role The Account Executive plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day success of assigned accounts—coordinating deliverables, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring client expectations are met through clear, proactive communication. This role sits under the Senior Account Executive and is focused on executional excellence, client service, and cross-functional coordination. You are a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple projects simultaneously Proactive coordination with creative, digital, and project management teams to keep workflows moving Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign structures, and how to execute against strategy Clear, concise communicator with clients and internal teams, building trust through responsiveness and accuracy An eye for quality assurance—ensuring all work meets expectations before delivery Comfort managing tools like Teamwork, SharePoint, and Harvest to track progress, budgets, and timelines Willingness to learn and grow from feedback, with a team-first mindset that supports account and agency success Professional curiosity, calm under pressure, and a passion for seeing work through to completion What We're Leaning on You For Managing day-to-day project tasks and communication to keep internal teams and clients aligned and informed Collaborating across departments to support smooth delivery of work that meets strategic and creative standards Supporting the development of briefs, timelines, and content plans Tracking deliverables, approvals, and deadlines to keep projects moving forward without delay Preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on next steps after meetings Reviewing creative and digital work for accuracy before internal reviews and client delivery Assisting in the development of reports and presentations that summarize performance and progress Building your voice and confidence in client communications while gaining exposure to strategy and growth conversations Supporting a culture of follow-through, ownership, and care across your assigned accounts Primary Responsibilities Client & Project Coordination Support status meetings with clients; prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items Help track client priorities, deadlines, and feedback across multiple workstreams Work with creative, digital, and PM teams to support successful and timely delivery of work Assist in gathering requirements, developing briefs, and managing review cycles Support quality assurance and final asset prep before client delivery Timeline & Budget Support Help maintain and update project timelines in Teamwork; flag issues or delays Track time, scope, and budget status across assigned projects in Harvest and internal budget trackers Assist with billing prep and documentation for monthly finance check-ins Ensure job folders, assets, and timelines are properly organized in SharePoint Campaign Reporting & Insights Help gather data and input from internal teams for monthly or campaign reporting Draft reporting decks and support AD in preparing key takeaways Track performance across digital and creative programs and highlight areas for improvement New Project Set Up Assist with new project kickoffs, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and tools are in place from the start Participate in client onboarding, documentation, and scheduling Keep all internal tools current and accessible for teams (Teamwork, SharePoint, Harvest) New Project & Scope Development Develop scopes for project-based work, such as web updates, creative campaigns, and video production Coordinate internal kickoff meetings and ensure job setups are completed in Teamwork, Harvest, and SharePoint Skills Desired: · Strong written and verbal communicator, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset · Foundational understanding of digital marketing strategies across paid and owned channels · Highly organized, able to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously · Collaborative team player who brings clarity and confidence to project execution · Comfort analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable next steps · Fluent in project management tools and processes (Teamwork, Harvest, SharePoint) · Curiosity and ambition to grow into a more strategic account leadership role Requirements: · 2-4 years of experience in agency marketing, client services, or account/project coordination · Experience managing campaign execution, timelines, and client communication · Exposure to budget tracking, reporting, and marketing tools across digital and traditional channels · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
