Own the strategy and execution of our YouTube content, overseeing pre-, production, and post-production to turn Jasmine's weekly on-camera time into scalable longform and short form videos, while driving metrics and leading a small content team.

Own the end-to-end content lifecycle across planning, production, and publishing.
Manage editors and a packaging role to hit a weekly quota and optimize performance metrics.
Use data to iterate strategy and run rapid experiments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution behind our YouTube content.
Run pre‑production, production, and post‑production.
Turn Jasmine’s 2–3 hours on camera each week into consistent longform videos and short‑form clips across platforms.
Manage our existing editors and packaging person to a clear weekly content quota.
Be accountable for basic performance metrics (CTR, average view duration) and content‑generated leads.
Pre‑Production: Own and maintain a 4‑week rolling content calendar (topics, formats, publish dates).
Pre‑Production: Work with Jasmine and the Managing Director to turn business goals and FAQs into video topics, hooks, and CTAs.
Pre‑Production: Prepare run‑of‑show docs for every shoot
Pre‑Production: Coordinate recording dates, times, and logistics
Production: Be available for all recording days and live streams.

Requirements

Proven experience managing YouTube accounts
3+ years in content production and strategy
Strong understanding of algorithms, growth strategies, and content performance
Track record of growing accounts and driving engagement
Data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on metrics, not guesses
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Strong communicator and team collaborator
Fully committed (no side projects or competing priorities)
