Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
- Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Fulltime- Lubbock, Texas
- We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
- In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
- 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
- Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).
- Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- - Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
- - Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- - Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
- - Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- - Effective organizational and time management skills.
- - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
