Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the full go-to-market marketing strategy for LegalTechTalk USA
Develop the regional data strategy and build targeted audience databases
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, social, PR, and media partnerships
Own messaging, positioning, and campaign creative across all channels and outputs
Deliver SQLs to the Sales team and optimise marketing contribution to revenue pipeline
Manage and grow relationships with media, associations, and influencer partners to increase brand awareness and reach
Oversee the website, ensuring strong UX, SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimisation
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency, accurate forecasting, and spend optimisation
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Content, Community) and external vendors (designers, PR, agencies)
Create reports and dashboards to track performance, make data-informed decisions, and refine campaigns over time

Requirements

3+ years in senior B2B marketing roles, ideally in events, legal tech, or professional services
Proven experience delivering full-funnel campaigns that drive SQLs and audience acquisition
Strong knowledge of digital channels, marketing automation, and performance marketing
Track record of successfully launching new products, events, or brands
Experience using CRM and marketing tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, CLAY, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial and copywriting sensibility
Strong analytical mindset, confident making decisions based on data
Highly organised with excellent project management and time management skills
Confident operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, especially launches
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

The salary band for this position ranges from $130,000-$150,000 based on experience
