Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Behind-the-scenes filming during field days, shoots, and production moments
  • Editing short-form vertical content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Identifying and capturing meaningful, unscripted moments in real time
  • Helping shape a consistent visual and narrative voice for social media

Requirements

  • Strong storytelling instincts and sense of pacing
  • Experience shooting and editing video (DSLR camera)
  • Interest in documentary, nature, and environmental storytelling
  • Based in or near Pasadena (preferred)
  • Must be available: April 21st, 25th, and 28th
