Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality video content in both English and Spanish for various platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe After Effects
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
• Manage post-production processes including color correction, audio editing, lighting adjustments, and media organization using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Capture One, and Bridge
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests
• Ensure all content adheres to technical specifications for different media channels while maintaining high production quality
• Utilize media editing tools such as FTP servers for efficient file transfer and content management systems

Requirements

• Content creation: 2 years (Required)
• Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)
• Spanish (Required)

Preferred

• Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe After Effects
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video storytelling techniques
• Expertise in videography including filming techniques, lighting for video production, and camera operation
• Skilled in photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge
• Knowledge of motion graphics design and 2D animation using Maya or similar tools
• Experience with color correction editing and post-production workflows to ensure polished final products
• Technical proficiency with media editing tools such as FTP transfer protocols and content management systems
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in visual storytelling projects
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively collaborate across diverse teams
