Responsibilities

• Host engaging live sessions on TikTok, demonstrating products and sharing brand stories with enthusiasm
• Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, special promotions, and live event schedules
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback and trending topics for real-time content adaptation
• Create high-quality media content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools to enhance live streams
• Maintain consistent branding across all live broadcasts by applying graphic design skills and media editing techniques
• Track live performance metrics using TikTok analytics and other digital marketing performance monitoring tools to optimize future sessions

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing with a focus on live streaming platforms
• Strong knowledge of TikTok’s features, algorithms, and best practices for live broadcasting
• Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising tools, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Web analytics for performance monitoring
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a lively and authentic manner
• Ability to perform keyword research and apply SEO strategies to increase visibility of live content
• Experience in branding, graphic design, photography, and media editing to produce visually appealing broadcasts
• Strong relationship management skills for building community loyalty and fostering brand advocacy through social media content marketing
