Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE shopping events and engage with viewers in a professional and entertaining manner
• Present, promote, and auction Molly’s Custom Silver products during LIVE streams
• Conduct giveaways, promotions, and special sales events
• Set up and manage TikTok Shop sales, auctions, and promotional activities
• Respond to customer questions and interact with viewers throughout LIVE streams
• Prepare products and materials for upcoming LIVE events
• Process, package, and ship orders generated through TikTok LIVE
• Maintain accurate records of products sold through LIVE auctions and sales
• Contribute ideas for improving LIVE content, customer engagement, and sales
• Represent Molly’s Custom Silver and our brand professionally in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Be outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable interacting with a large online audience
• Be dependable, trustworthy, and responsible
• Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
