Responsibilities

• Pitch and secure guests to appear on Digital Fox Talent's network of shows and platforms
• Book creators in the existing network onto other shows within the network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with show producers, hosts, and booking teams
• Coordinate schedules, briefs, and logistics for confirmed bookings
• Track placements and efficiency of the booking, and enjoyment of the guest to ensure we build positive relationships in the industry, and they want to come back.

Requirements

• Proven experience in publicity, talent booking, or media relations (preferably within digital media or entertainment)
• Strong existing network of podcast hosts, producers, and digital show bookers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive pitching style
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
• Deep understanding of content creators, influencer marketing, and online audiences
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset

Preferred

• Experience working directly with content creators or influencers
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and podcast ecosystems
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance
