Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the marketing strategy for the Banks and Broker Dealers segment, aligned to global and regional business priorities, market opportunity, and growth objectives.
- Develop deep understanding of the segment, including client needs, pain points, buying centers, and decision-making behaviors across key personas and markets.
- Shape segment positioning, messaging, and value proposition to strengthen relevance and differentiation across global and regional markets.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, commercial, platform, communications, and marketing teams to align priorities and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing plans spanning digital, events, email, paid and owned media, account-based marketing, and executive engagement.
- Guide the creation of thought leadership, client stories, and marketing content tailored to the segment and its priority audiences.
- Use market research, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Establish KPIs and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness, optimize investment, and improve outcomes over time.
- Lead through influence across a global, matrixed organization, fostering strong collaboration and alignment without direct people management responsibility.
- Support both enterprise-wide priorities and region-specific marketing needs to ensure consistency with local relevance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a similarly complex, highly matrixed industry.
- Proven experience developing and leading segment, client, or go-to-market marketing strategies tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect marketing strategy to client engagement, growth, and business performance.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, audience strategy, and multi-channel execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using market and performance data to shape decisions and optimize results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across a complex global organization.
- Experience working across multiple regions, functions, and stakeholder groups to drive alignment and execution.
