Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitor analysis.
• Provide insights to inform marketing strategy and campaign development
• Assist with the developing and curating engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
• Edit before and after photos
• Assist in creating visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Support in maintaining and nurturing client relationships through timely communication and providing relevant information.
• Track lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI from various marketing initiatives as well as conduct Med Spa Sales.
• Work with brand ambassadors to distribute social media content for CSLV to publish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Digital design and content creation with Adobe and Canva
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Preferred

• Experience working with CRM software
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
