Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across social platforms
• Create fresh, engaging, and on-brand content (copy, graphics, short-form video)
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
• Capture on-site footage at events, offices, and in the community
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally - with availability to monitor in off business hours
• Support community outreach initiatives and firm events
• Assist with administrative and marketing projects as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts in a professional/business setting
• Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and analytics
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and tracking
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor when representing the firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• Prior marketing or administrative experience required
