Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own social strategy within the broader marketing strategy established by the Head of Marketing. Translate company campaigns, launches, offers, and marketing priorities into channel-specific social plans. Continuously determine what content should be produced, which formats should be scaled or reduced, where resources should be concentrated, and how each social ecosystem contributes to audience and lead-generation goals.
  • Own and maintain the social content calendar underneath the company's master marketing calendar. Ensure social execution supports the campaigns, deadlines, and priorities established by the Head of Marketing. Major priority or deadline changes require alignment through the Marketing Lead and, where necessary, the Head of Marketing.
  • Develop social content concepts, briefs, hooks, formats, and platform-specific recommendations based on performance data, audience behavior, competitive research, and relevant trends. Work with the marketing team/contractors creative resources to ensure the social content pipeline contains the assets required to execute the strategy. The Social Media Manager determines what social needs from the content engine and weekly data reviews
  • Identify high-potential moments from AC Hampton and Supreme Ecom long-form YouTube, webinars, and other long-form assets for short-form distribution.
  • Own social publishing and distribution across all assigned accounts + email, including platform-native captions, posting cadence, hashtags where relevant, email campaigns, platform optimization, posting times, distribution best practices, and social QA before publishing. Maintain at least 95% adherence to the approved social publishing plan, excluding documented dependencies outside the Social Media Manager's control.
  • Own the social layer of lead generation. Optimize CTAs, ManyChat triggers, profile traffic, link activity, social-sourced leads, and qualified traffic into company funnels. The Social Media Manager owns social's contribution into the funnel. The Head of Marketing retains ownership of the company's overall MQL and revenue goals.
  • Maintain a structured testing process across hooks, topics, formats, CTAs, content length, editing styles, platform packaging, and publishing strategy. Performance data must result in changes to future content decisions. The expectation is not simply to run tests, but to identify winners, scale them, and eliminate or improve weak approaches.
  • Maintain accurate reporting by brand, channel, and content system. Report weekly to the Marketing Lead on views/reach, social-generated traffic/actions/leads, content performance, publishing adherence, platform health, major wins, misses against goal, root cause, and corrective action. The Social Media Manager is expected to identify performance problems before marketing leadership has to point them out.
  • Protect AC Hampton's and Supreme Ecom's brand voice across social. The Social Media Manager is the first-line quality owner for social content and should prevent content that does not meet brand or platform standards from publishing. The Marketing Lead retains management-level quality-control authority and may reject work that fails to meet the required standard.
  • Work with the Social Media Moderator responsible for daily community engagement. Ensure warm opportunities from comments and DMs are properly identified and routed into the appropriate sales or marketing workflow. The Social Media Manager owns the effectiveness of the social community-to-lead system, not the manual response to every comment.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-platform campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing copy, briefing creatives, and adapting content formats for different channels.
  • Solid foundation in Marketing strategy, audience targeting, and funnel awareness within an e-commerce or online education context.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand clearly and professionally.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and platform insights to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to testing and iteration.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, online coaching, or digital products marketing is beneficial
  • a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
