Responsibilities

• Create and publish Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos
• Edit content using CapCut and create graphics in Canva
• Build and manage a consistent social content calendar
• Create product demos, before-and-afters, cleaning tips, UGC-style content, behind-the-scenes content, and brand stories
• Grow engagement, retention, followers, and community across Instagram and Facebook
• Respond to comments and engage with followers
• Research trends, hooks, competitors, and new content ideas
• Manage TikTok Shop promotions and Seller Center activities
• Support affiliate and influencer marketing, creator outreach, sampling, and partnerships
• Track performance including views, watch time, retention, shares, saves, engagement, clicks, creator performance, and sales

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Experience creating short-form video and social content
• Comfortable with CapCut and Canva
• Strong storytelling, hooks, captions, and content ideas
• Understanding of community building and audience retention
• Comfortable using data to improve content
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently

Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, UGC, ecommerce, Amazon, or Shopify is a plus.
