Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Design and produce graphics and video content.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
• Write and edit marketing copy, including social captions.
• Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and adjust content as needed
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all channels
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and visual marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience in a client-facing or agency environment
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Experience with WordPress or website content updates
